📘 User Guide – Sawa Goo Platform

1. Logging In

Users must log in using a valid WhatsApp number and password. The number must be active and connected to WhatsApp for communication purposes.

2. Publishing a Trip

After logging in, a driver can publish a trip by entering:

Departure and destination points
Date and time of the trip
Driver's name (optional)
Estimated cost (optional)
Additional notes

The WhatsApp number used during login will be automatically linked to the trip.

⚠️ Note: You can publish up to 5 trips per day only.

3. Searching and Booking

Passengers can search for available trips by entering the location, date, and time. Once a suitable trip is found, they can contact the driver directly using the WhatsApp button.

4. Important Notes

💬 The WhatsApp number must be real and active.
🛑 The platform is not responsible for any agreements or transactions between users.
📌 Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data.

5. Platform Purpose

Sawa Goo is a non-commercial platform aimed at cost-sharing, easing travel, and reducing emissions. It does not mediate pricing or enforce any booking rules between users.

6. Free Use and Future Development

The platform is currently free of charge. It may evolve in the future with paid services or new features in compliance with applicable laws.
